At The Hive, we aim to provide an all-encompassing holistic approach to the development of each child. With a focus not just on targeting the physical and cognitive skills of language, literacy, and math, we go beyond. Our focus is on the inner child. Our little hive is a safe haven where children will not only feel loved, but we are dedicated to helping them establish a secure attachment where they feel safe, seen, soothed, and secure.
As neuroscience tells us, a child's early developing brain requires a foundation of feeling loved, safe, secure, and protected to move from survival mode to true learning and growth. Our childhood curriculum focuses on hands-on imaginative play and explorative learning. Most importantly, our little ones will be in a non-denominational Christ-centered environment with a focus on the Christian values of love for all and all creation, compassion, kindness towards themselves and others, gratitude, forgiveness, faith, and integrity. A Day at The Hive
A Day at The Hive is a journey of discovery, specifically curated for children ages 3-5. Our morning begins with a warm welcome as children flutter into our curated warm and safe space. We gather for our daily 'Morning Buzz'—a vibrant circle time filled with songs, learning, storytelling, and social games that help every little bee feel seen and secure before they begin their exploration.
Throughout the day, children transition through dedicated play and learning centers, punctuated by wholesome snacks and outdoor discovery. We maintain a flexible yet structured flow that balances high-energy activity with essential moments of rest. Our routine concludes with a gentle quiet time, ensuring every child leaves our hive feeling nourished and peaceful. Excited to come back the next day!
